Late Harvest Arbequina

From Mount Aukum orchards, this is a late season harvest with a beautiful yellow-green tint. Olives are handpicked just prior to the onset of frost and snow resulting in a mixture of ripe and green olives which produce a fresh yet spicy olive oil with complex finish. This is an olive oil that goes nicely with breads, caprese salad and fresh vegetables.
